Will handle Family-based, Employment-based and Investment Immigration cases, Non-immigrant visas and Removal proceedings. Must be licensed to practice in Indiana. J.D required. Proven knowledge of immigration law and immigration court hearing practices and procedures. Good writing and research skills.
